They take very good care of both of my parents there. My dad is in the memory care. Mom tells everyone how good they are to her in the lodge. My only fear is that eventually we might run out of money and have to place them somewhere else. But I'm very happy with the care they receive.

[name removed] was quick to respond to my inquiry, extremely helpful and accommodating. She and [name removed] accepted my mother within 2 days and greatly assisted in my mother's smooth transition to Maple Ridge. The daily nursing/health care is ample, prompt and caring. I am very impressed by the whole experience.

I tell friends about the structured days and the social interactions. Those two things are important for my mother and keep her moving every day.

I was very happy with Forestview Manor, except we weren't allowed to come in and visit due to Covid (although I understand not wanting to bring Covid into the facility). I'm very happy they were able to take my loved one in on short notice. All seemed to go well, and I would recommend them. I had no problems with them at all.

Windrose has been great

Come on over for a visit! Everybody seems pretty happy here. Our family is very happy, and everything is going very easily. The staff is wonderful. They're very knowledgeable about everything, and they're very soft spoken and will do anything for you. They're apologetic if something isn't done to the utmost. Our loved one doesn't complain about the food. They have great activities. Our family just is so happy that he is so happy there and well taken care of. They're up-to-date on care services, and they handle the Covid situation very well. If they have anything like that, they adjust to it. And they still continue to have some activities with distancing and outside. They work around any problem that could exist.

We moved my brother to your facility today. I am a nurse who has worked in many Assisted Living facilities and was so impressed with the level of caring and warmth extended to us and my brother today. You all are what makes an Assisted living a home. [names removed] for a move in that we expected to take all day it was done in 1 1/2 hours. For anyone who is looking for a home for your loved one look no further this is such a wonderful facility. I cant thank all of you enough, placing a loved one is such a difficult decision but having caring competent people who want to make a difference in loved ones lives make it stress free! My mother moved to the Landing (fka Village Crossing) 3+ years ago and had a very good experience despite all the challenges associated with Covid. The staff at the Landing were fantastic and always treated my mother with respect and were super attentive to her needs and what she was interested in doing. I speak very highly of the Landing and how they treat the residence. A special shout out to the Director [name removed] who was always exceptional. If there was one draw back, I would suggest the quality of the food has diminished a bit since Covid, but this may be a temporary thing. My mother just moved to a memory care facility this weekend and we were sad to leave the Landing as they really do care for the residents. My mother was in Langdon Place in Dover, NH prior to the moving to the Landing and I cannot speak so highly of Langdon Place.

My mom loved it here. The staff were just terrific and I cannot say enough good about them, they were so helpful. They were great with communication as well especially right when she moved in and we were not able to go visit. The facility is set up so nicely, it is smaller and everything is intimate and close by. They have a nice enclosed garden area that is secure and she enjoyed spending time out there. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking and already have.

The community did everything for my loved one and took good care of them. You couldn't find a better place for memory care residents. The entire community is for memory care only. The staff are really good at working with the residents.

They have been friendly. The staff has been able to assist with people that are able to take my loved one to the doctor and other items. They have a coffee shop next door and close to other shopping centers. They even have a parking garage under the community. The community takes the residents to different activities in the community and have musical concerts by students come in to see the residents. They have several different options to choose from for cost for your family.

We chose Addison Place because of the pricing, it was was all inclusive so you did not have to pay extra for anything like medications. They were good with communication. Some of the staff members really went above and beyond for our loved one. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

Our family is very happy with the care our loved one is receiving at Windrose Weymouth. Our patient is an individual diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's at a young age so finding the right community fit was difficult. The staff here is amazing! From the front desk and office staff to Activities to Resident Care, everyone makes resident care and comfort a top priority. Our loved one is treated with such empathy and kindness. The residents here are engaged with meaningful activities and experiences and the goal is to have each resident live their happiest life. We feel thankful for our experience with Windrose Weymouth and would highly recommend this Assisted Living facility.
