The staff members have continued to be so helpful and accommodating and anytime there is something going on or any changes they reach out to us and keep us updated. When we have visited a few times we have seen some art sensory activities going on. Based on our experience so far we would recommend the Juniper Village at Williamstown to other families .

During Covid they recently had a really high outbreak, with the lack of communication we did not know what was going on. The hospice care combined with Maurice house .

This community is always very clean they do a really good job with that and all of the staff members are good people. What we have seen of the meals they look to be fine. Bingo is a big thing here and [name removed] is their activities coordinator who does a lot of things to really get the residents included. They are about at 50% capacity and the facility coordinator [name removed] is so sweet and is very engaged and has been helpful with the process. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I visited this very home like community . I was greeted as if I were entering someone’s home with friendly and helpful staff. The tour of the community was very thorough and all answers to my questions were answered. The dining menu had so many delicious choices and the activities calendar has a variety and something lively for everyone. They even have a summer concert series and so many engaging events coming up. I saw a private large spacious room with a renovated bathroom with new lighting, fixtures, and walk in shower. Beautiful newly renovated courtyard was being enjoyed by some residents and their families. Such a nice experience! I would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly home like community with some historic charm!

Mom loves the food . They have two hours of activities, in the morning and afternoon. They have had sing-alongs, baby ponies, arts/crafts, word association games-there is a lot of activities. If your loved one mother has dementia, they keep them stimulated. There is in house physical therapy, and an in house medical nurse and doctor. The care is very good for dementia patients. They keep them going and active. Mom likes to walk around and chat. They even painted all doors different colors-orange-blue-yellow, so it also keeps them stimulated visually.

My sister toured Juniper Village at Chatham and absolutely loved the facility and the staff. Unfortunately we just felt it was not the best fit for our mother and wouldn't fit her needs, but it looked like a great place.

We had a very good experience, everything was really good and our loved one was overall very happy and they were very happy with her. We are even recommending some neighbor's to go check out Juniper Village for their loved one. Sometimes after 7pm it was a little difficult to gain access because sometimes there wouldn't be anybody at the desk so that is maybe something they could work to improve on

My mom loves Juniper. The staff there is great, and they all take great care of my mom. They keep me informed of everything that goes on with her, and they are always friendly when I visit. I have no negative comments about Juniper or about A Place for Mom.
