Don't hesitate - take a tour! Turners Rock exceeded my expectations in every area from the staff to the facilities. It doesn't have an "old folks home" feel. There is an energy to the place that is upbeat and warm at the same time. It's more like my father is in an upscale hotel than an assisted living center.

We moved our very social, active and vibrant 87 year old Mother into Mercer Hill in May of 2022. The facility is stunning, the staff is attentive and super sweet! Our Mom is so happy living here, she enjoys all the activities, beautiful facility and new friends. Thank you Mercer Hill for providing a wonderful place for her to thrive! Our family is thankful and we know she is happy and safe!

The value for the money is good. We picked this community because, it's close to our home, we felt very welcomed, and the staff was really nice. My loved one felt really good about it, and it felt like home. It was also affordable. I would recommend to other families.

Nicest staff. They really seem to care. Cost was reasonable.

All I know is my loved one is picky and loves it there. I picked this community because, it was more personable, and they didn't seem agitated that I dropped in at different times unannounced with questions I had and always saw the same! Plus other residents came up and told me what a great place it is. Then when my loved one toured with me, the residents came up to and made them feel at home and we were just looking at that point. My loved one is very happy, so I am happy! Very welcoming place from the moment you step up to the front desk!

I recently took a tour at Truewood by Merrill at Bountiful and was fortunate to have Aubrey Guynn, the Community Relations Manager, be my tour guide. Besides being very knowledgeable about the community and the levels of care available to residents, [name removed] was able to answer my many questions and introduce me to some wonderful staff members. He arranged for me to visit with a number of the residents during an arts-and-crafts session. Spending time with them and listening to their stories, as well as the kindness and concern of the staff members not only for the residents but for me as well, was wonderful. Many of the rooms have lovely views and just outside the front door of Truewood you’re treated to spectacular views of the mountains. Truewood seems like a vibrant community with many amenities for its residents and a caring and dedicated staff. We chose Turners Rock because of the location and my father could stay in the assisted living area with my mom. They have taken very good care of my parents . My mother passed away about 2 months after they moved in and Turner's Rock staff went above and beyond during that time. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Feels like family here Residents welcomed us with open arms. Don’t need much but we did want safety and social activity. Everyone is happy here! Our independence was important and we feel we found the right place Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

Truewood is a great building. [Name removed] and [name removed] do a fantastic job in helping families feel welcome and informed. I have worked with Truewood for a number of years now with home health and hospice and they have always been great to work with and treat their residents well.

As we look for assisted living facilities we made an appointment with [name removed]. He met us with such a warm friendly welcome, introducing other residents he is familiar with, and a great extensive explanation of the community. Thank you for your knowledge and warm welcoming smile.

They have taken great care of my love one. My loved one has been a recluse for a long time, and they are actually making friends and knows the staff. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

It is a lovely community and they work to make a person feel welcome and involved if they want to be. They have worked with me when issues came up with my loved one that needed attention. I would like a bit more assistance offered for family who is out of state. Like I need my my loved one's mail sent to me as I am POA and need mail that goes directly to them sent to me but there is not that kind of help. My loved one can't manage it as they have the beginning signs of dementia. There is no one to go to Doctor appts and such (even to pay extra for) so that makes it a bit difficult for out of state family. But we are working around it by visiting as often as we can.

This is a really nice community. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is close to doctor appointments, grocery stores, and a hospital. There is always some type of activity going on, even if it is just sitting and talking with other residents. There are three meals a day provided and there are choices to choose from. The food is very enjoyable. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones, and have already recommended the community to friends. The management team is very nice and they get to know the residents quickly. My loved one and I are happy here.

We really like that we have easy access to our loved one, they have a lot of open areas and we like the anytime dining. Also that independent and assisted living are intermingled so our loved ones feels like she lives independently, even though she received level 2 assisted living. The value for the money is a 5+.

What we really like about Truewood by Merrill Glen Riddle are the staff membes - they have been great to work with and very welcoming. The other residents there are very nice and friendly.

Everything gets 5 stars minus the food, my mother says that is more like a 3. It's a very nice and clean facility with a lot to offer. They also have a very friendly and helpful staff. They are always looking out for my mom and show genuine concern for her.

I did all of the looking and to me the staff here were the most friendly, the facility was very clean, I saw the food and it looked good. The location is very convenient as well for visitors. It would be helpful if they offered a service to help new residents unpack their things. I would definitely recommend Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace to others.

Kirkwood corners was/is a wonderful kind compassionate "place for mom" our only regret is our Mom wasn't there for long- she passed away shortly after her move in- But we would recommend them-All the support/advice/care and the genuine concern for our mom and for us(mom had dementia & it did get worse w/move) we are so grateful for them!!!!
