The staff here has been absolutely wonderful with my father. I've just been overwhelmed with their great support and care. I visit often and they're always very personal with the residents and work with them one on one a lot. They have a good variety of activities. Communication with the family is good, they call me about any changes or anything. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends for complete memory care.

The communication is stellar, everyone is welcoming and friendly, the staff extremely competent. The only "issue" is my loved one seems to have an occasional meal that they don't like. HOWEVER, there is an alternative menu they can choose from if they remember. I picked this community, because of the location, cleanliness, staff, and activities.

They intervened when no one else would for my family who needed end of life care. Updated the hospice staff on any changes, the nurses had years of experience in both geriatrics and the intervention of medical needs. Kept me updated and informed. I could go home and get some rest and not have to worry about anything. I'm an RN so I was I was surprised at the level of dedication the staff on all levels had especially in this day and age.

I like that they do activities. The place is always clean. Most of all, the staff is very caring. You can tell that they really care about their patients. They always give me updates on what my mother did that day. Staff also keeps each other updated from one shift to the next. Everyone is always friendly. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My wife’s mother was here for five months of respite care following arm surgery. Everyone we interacted with was kind and considerate, helpful and professional. The food was excellent and the facility clean. There are walking paths and benches for enjoying the outdoors. The head of this facility kept us updated on any concerns and Mary and others at the front desk maintained a positive and friendly attitude. It’s not an easy job running a facility like this and we were impressed with the caring and professional staff.

My mom is a tough case, they've been very patient and kind. What is outstanding is the involvement of [name removed], the manager- I believe he's the executive director. He actually spends time with my mom during her occasional spin-outs and is great at talking her off the ledge so to speak. That's typically done only by nurses, but he goes above and beyond....regularly.

The overall cleanliness of Laguna Estates is excellent and even though we have not had a meal there ourselves according to our loved one she seems to be very happy. They have so many different activities for the residents there - they have bingo, different types of lectures, they have social happy hours at 3pm and play games like "Name That Tune." They also will bring in live entertainment to play music so there is plenty of things do to do stay active. They also have a very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. We would recommend this community to other families based on our current experience. The value seems to be right in line with the other communities we had toured with our loved one .

Silver bluff Grove has been a night and day experience for our family compared to our loved ones precious community. The staff members really seem to be very aware of our loved ones - they are constantly looking out for her and know when she is coming and going and that is the most important thing to us. We have not had experience with the meals, dining service or activities but we do know our loved one goes to the dining hall so we have to assume the meals are good. The staff are on top of our loved ones care and we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

The care our loved one has received so far at Grand View has been unbelievable, we have been very happy with this community. IT is very clean and the staff do an amazing job with our loved one and the other residents - they are always so kind and helpful. They have a lot of activities and are very good about keeping them busy and active. Going in to the holidays they are doing a lot of seasonal activities. Our loved one tends to be a picky eater but when we ask about the meals she says overall she likes it. We would recommend them to other families.

Positive: I worked with [name removed] and she was approachable and reachable. She answered all my questions and has been very accommodating and easy to work with. Negative: the food according to my mother in law is hit or miss. Also the dress code for some of the staff on the weekends especially is lacking. Overall I would definitely recommend Pine Grove to others.

Laguna Estates was ok and the people were friendly but it was more expensive, with smaller, outdated rooms and didn't have kitchenettes in the studios. They had a small mini fridge in the closet with a microwave sitting on top and called that a kitchenette.

There staff was amazing. We like the smaller scale of this community in comparison to other larger ones. We definitely love the staff team there - we have nothing but good things to say about them, no complaints at all. Every time we come to visit the residents and staff seem to be really happy and enjoying their time. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend Plateau Village to other families.
