Seven months ago I could not even dream of a place as wonderful for my mother. She was living in a big old house that I had to maintain, with stairs up to her room, down to the cellar for laundry, I had to manage groceries and help for meals and meds. We tried a respite month, she has stayed and loves it there. She has three meals a day plus the pastry cart, she does yoga, they do her laundry and keep her room immaculately clean and help her with showers. The food is excellent, with choices of meals and daily dessert, but the best part is the employees. They all seem to go over and above what I would expect, are very patient and caring, and she loves them all. I can't say enough good about SSP!... Read more

Sophia Snow House is a wonderful place for my dad. It is a clean and well-maintained community. The staff is very attentive and caring to his needs. I 've enjoyed meals here with my dad and the food is very good, they offer well-balanced meals. My dad says they offer more food than he can eat. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. My dad is going to try out bowling. There are nice shady patios to enjoy the outdoors, seating available to relax and enjoy the company of other residents, or sit quietly and enjoy the surroundings. It so much easier on my mind to know that he is well taken care of when I'm not here. We would highly recommend this community to others.
