Our family had an in person tour and our experience at Tuscan Gardens was not good. It looks great on the outside but not good once you are there.

the food here is excellent! We have a head chef and a sous chef with many of their helpers. They create dishes that vary in different countries and they are all delicious - Our community is like one big happy family!
I so enjoy the food here. Meals are a very important part of living here and meal time here is a social affair as well. Enjoying finely prepared and served delicious meals!

IT is very clean. The staff is very helpful, the food is very good! The people here are very friendly!
They had a great tour guide, but the theme was not for us. It was too much walking required to key locations, and other projects of sponsor in financial difficulty.
We chose Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach at the time because of the vale for the money and the convenience - it was only about 4 miles from our home so it is easy to get to. The facility is relatively brand new and the place is beautiful - the staff are extremely friendly as well. Overall it was a good experience for the short amount of time that he was here. They were all super helpful and nice and we would recommend them to others looking.

The staff members were really friendly but were not accommodating at all - the care they provided was not sufficient at all. We certainly do not think they were qualified to handle our loved ones care and they had no activities going on at all.

The people who work in the memory care should get more paid it's a lot of work hard work to deal with our loved ones every day it's not easy on us as children it's not easy on them as workers they need more pay
