Wesley Enhanced Living Burholme

During the month our loved one was there we did not have a good experience. We never saw any activities going on. We did have a couple meals because we wanted to see how the food tasted, and it actually was pretty good, however the way it was served did not make the food look good or appetizing.

57 units. Assisted living. Personal care -they can assist with bathing, dressing, no more than a 1 person assist - they do not have lifts. Three levels of care A, B and C. smallest units - highest level of care - $ 4600 per month, lowest level of care $ 3800 per month. Extra large studio 487 sq. ft. highest level of care is aboutt $ 5300 per month. Activities, housekeeping, if they need long term nursing they can transfer to other locations. Burholme is annex of penny pack location. Diversity is minimal at these locations. Recommendation Stapeley location - green street, germantown. neat heritage, nice feel, woodwork. medicaid comes in with Long term nursing.They do have benevolent care - they have to apply. good stewards of their money they apply.

It is a nice place. They treat my loved ones nicely. They don't have transportation for the residents to get to appointments. The food is good and because they are gaining weight. We asked if they wanted us to bring them food, and they said no we have enough food from the community. The staff is very friendly. This community is a little expensive. The community provides laundry service and medication distribution, they even come in and assist with bathing, if needed.

My Aunt moved in about 2 months ago, she likes Wesley very much. Enjoys the activities, keep her young, even at 92. Feels very secure and appreciates the staff being so nice and pleasant all the time. Enjoys meeting new people and not being alone can always go to the gathering place or dining room to meet up with her new friends. Thanks to [names removed] and all the staff who take the time to be nice to her even everyone at the front desk always so nice, it is very much appreciated.

This was the best choice for us since my son is only staying for 3 weeks. Service and all personal are great. Room is spacious for wheelchair but bathroom is too small to get to shower from it. It also has a vanity sink which does not suffice a wheelchair bound person. So far a good experience.

We liked the overall size of the community and the studio was bigger than others we toured. Large private bathrooms in every apartment. It's only been a few days since my fil moved in however, he is very happy. That makes happy.

The person that helped us in the beginning was very easy to work with. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The staff I have worked with have been very friendly and willing to help. Most of the time the food is good and they do offer different choices. This community is close to family and I would recommend it.

My mom moved to WEL-Burholme in October. She is a widow and has been living in her home alone for 5 years. Since moving to WEL-Burholme the change in her has been astounding. She is very well taken care of. It has taken a good bit of worry off our minds (both hers and mine). The staff makes sure that she takes her medication in the right doses and at the correct time. Her apartment is quite spacious and is kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. If any repairs need to be made the maintenance staff is very prompt in answering her needs. There is always some activity going on that she can participate in. There is never time for her to be lonely, because someone is always around, whether it be staff or residents. If I need to talk to someone about anything they are very good at getting back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend WEL-Burholme to anyone looking for a place for their parent.

This community was just fine and I enjoyed the tour. The residents that we saw were smiling and seemed genuinely happy. The people that gave us the tour were pleasant and very helpful. Mom and dad just did not like the apartment.

Everything is great here. We're very happy with the services they provide. My mom does not participate in any activities because she is deaf.

The staff seem friendly , helpful and extremely caring. There was a problem hooking up moms cable tv but their maintenance department jumped right on the problem and had Comcast out very quickly.. My mom had just entered the facility on Wednesday and is getting use to the new adjustment in her life. The Assisted Living Apartment is large and makes her feel more at home. Her only complaint is the food is not served very hot but the quality and taste is fine. I would give this organization a thumbs up review so far.

My Parents have been living there since June 10th. So far I have been pleased with the staff & the residents have been very friendly to my parents and have let them know when there are activities that they would like to attend. My parents have stated that everyone has been nice and the food is good.

nice rooms but only personal care no skilled and no memory unit didn't like the small dining areas seemed isolated. liked that it was small

Mother decided she preferred the independent living concept over personal care. Facility on visit was open friendly and Director was exceptional
