Aventine At Kessler Park

Was great 3 years ago. Ist year was good. 2nd year food quality dropped and served cold. Work repair requests not happening. CONSTANT management changes. Aventine part of the building was a disaster. Main entrance locked on weekend and no one at the desk to let people in Deliveries left by the front door for anyone to steal. My mom's toilet started leaking badly and the man who answered the EMERGENCY number said he was out of town and had no idea who I should call. Her toilet was broken for 3 days. Eelevator was broken for MONTH. The hallways and community bathrooms were filthy. The trash romm was often SO full they had to just put it on top of the smelly heap. The Assisted living side WAS NOT SECURE and the folks were wondering around the Aventine side lost. No CARETAKERS around. Often my mom had to help them find their apartment. I moved my mom out of there and I suggest if you have family there that you visit OFTEN. AND if you can move them to safer cleaner place.

I love Meridian at Kessler Park. I've lived here for a year. Moving here was the best decision!

When our loved one was able to eat the meals, she really did enjoy them, but due to the covid restrictions the activities are still very limited. We do think we are getting our money's worth and we would recommend the Meridian at Kessler Park community to others.

I enjoyed the walkthrough of the apartments I was interested in. They matched what I saw online and that was impressive. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was helpful and informative. [name removed] was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions previously. I am looking forward to becoming a resident.

Food was excellent. Steak was tender. Dessert hit the spot! Rooms were exciting but out of my budget.

Thank you for those who were so kind and gracious to let my dear sister spend some time with me. Your kindness is so appreciated by both of us. She is giving up her car, so she will be unable to come to see me, and I have no way to see her. So, in spite of the circumstances, God is good!
