What makes Brookdale special is the quality of the staff, who always want to help you get anything you need.

Brookdale Lake View is a family place and has especially nice residents. Also the dining setup and staff is terrific!

My experience at Brookdale has been very good. The staff is great. They remember your name from the first day. You're never completely alone unless you want to be. The activities are varied and interesting. There is something for everyone. Some educational and some just fun.

We are very thankful to Brookdale Lake View for caring for my mom over the last year. She complains from time to time, but overall everyone we have met and communicated with has been caring and engaged despite experiencing staffing shortages and Covid impacts etc. Everyone has been incredibly empathetic and responsive. My mom is doing so much better since being there.

At first I was interested in a seniors apartment building, not a community. Upon investigating Brookdale, I decided it offered all I was looking for and more. I'm one of the independent living residents. While still self-sufficient in most ways, I enjoy all of the helpful resources and comforts here.

It was a good place to live. Good staff very efficient.

I have been very pleased with Brookdale Lake View. I was surprised with how good [name removed] was with her, she made the transition for my mom smooth and she helped a lot. She does not use the activities but absolutely raves about the meals. They are delivering everything that I was hoping for.

Brookdale, gives you more "bangs" for your "buck"! Great staff, good food, weekly maid service, activities; music, games, educational films, talks. Location: parks, zoo, fine dining, grocery stores, bus service right outside our door, etc.

I enjoy Brookdale. I am a people person and so Brookdale is a good experience.

I've had a great experience at Brookdale Lake View and look forward to many more years.

Brookdale is adequate, its meeting our needs although its a bit expensive. But I understand that all of these communities can be a bit on the pricier side.

I think they've done a great job. My loved one can be a challenging case, and they've worked with us to make sure she has the care that she needs. They do a great job keeping our family updating and communicate well with us. They've just been really helpful and attentive. And my loved one says she likes the food, as well as the activities she's tried so far.

This Brookdale community does not feel like a senior center it feels more like a nice hotel. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others.

Our loved one were there for 10 years, and unfortunately had to leave because they did not accept medicaid. However, it was kept very clean, the staff were very nice and did a really good job keeping up with all the changes in the protocols. They constantly checked everyone's temperatures and kept families up to date. It is a cooperate community so much bigger with more residents. Our loved one did say the meals were kind of a draw back, they changed vendors and when that happened the meals sort of declined.

This would be a good place if you have a relative to go into a residential community, that offers a lot. It is close to a lot shopping centers. The people are very nice and helpful. They have a lot of activities for the residents to choose from. Such as crafts, bingo, and more. The food is good!
