What you see is what you get. There are activities available for the residents to participate if they would like. The communication with the staff is good if I have any questions over my loved one's care.

We chose Brookdale North Glendale because they take long term care which was important to us. They were also very good with helping us and being as accommodating as possible. Communication from the staff has been great, they are always on top of things and call with any questions or concerns. Right now it is a good value, but the rates are about increase quite a bit. Overall, I would recommend to others who are looking.

My mother has been at Brookdale for the past 4 months. The facility is spacious and inviting. Staff members are professional, knoweledgeable, patient, caring, and helpful. Everyone is so friendly. We are comfortable leaving our mom here and know she is well taken care of. "A+"

We chose Brookdale because of the close location to family, it is a smaller facility, and they had a private room available. The room sizes at the facility are on the smaller side compared to others that we looked into. I have noticed that there has been quite a bit of turnover of management. It is a small, intimate facility but the care is very individualized and we have been very pleased. I would recommend to others looking.

I am happy with this community. We had some small issues that had to be addressed. The staff has forgotten a few things with communication. The menu is good with a nice variety. We do like that the community and recommend other families to see what care is given for a good value.

My Mother is a resident at Brookdale. The caregivers and staff have all been amazing. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. My Mom really enjoys the food, and the companionship of the other residents.

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!!! Definitely avoid this place! They do not provide the appropriate care for their residence. Only have Med Techs as caregivers who cannot do anything without written doctors orders. Avoid this place even as a last resort!! Most definitely a zero star rating!! Because a star has to be marked, I marked 0.5 even though I feel this is a flat out zero star rating!!
