Memory Care
The staff is great, if you can afford the community it is beautiful. The community is flexible and accommodating and the community has gone above and beyond. Communication is great and they keep us well informed and updated. I have the cell numbers of everyone and they are all very quick to call and text back and they listen to feedback. I would recommend this community to others
Read moreWe chose this community because we thought it was what she needed but it was too much care for would she actually needed at her stage of memory loss. My mother had a cold, the doctor prescribed medications, and they took three days to fill them which resulted in my mother being hospitalized for pneumonia. I was happy with them otherwise and the caregivers were very kind , nice, and spent time with my mother. The food was fine.
Read moreMy mother is very comfortable at this location. She is happy that the people there are friendly, they are very inclusive, and has been very inviting. Her big interest with their activities that they provide is the bridge group. They are very active and they have been trying to get her to play, but as of now she is still occupied with settling into her apartment and getting everything the way she wants it. They have trips to go shopping at outlet malls and she had made some friends there. Most people there tend to be from Houston, but my mother moved from out of state. They all have been very welcoming and they offered to be her co-pilot for her to be familiar with the area. She is very active for her age. What I have also seen is that they have other trips that are more tailored for men. A lot of men there are retired engineers or mechanics so they have trips to places like Transtar where it is a place that monitors the entire traffic cameras. So it’s give my mother some variety and different choices opposed to just be talking about feminine stuff all the time like shopping. I already have been recommending this property to other families.
