This facility has been very good for my loved one, I visit her daily. Cleanliness is good. My only suggestion would be to maybe shampoo the carpets on a regular basis. The staff has always been very helpful and concerned for my loved one, they go out of their way to be kind. Communication with the family is very good. They're great about answering my questions or finding an answer if need be. We did have quite a few problems at first, but the staff went out of their way to help get those problems resolved. They allowed me to put cameras up in my loved one's room. If I see her up and around in the middle of the night and I call them, they're great about going to check on her/assisting her as needed. My loved one is definitely more comfortable here now. She doesn't use silverware anymore, so they mostly serve her sandwiches. I do wish they would add more of a variety of finger foods for her, chicken nuggets etc. Overall, I'm very comfortable having my loved one here and they do a great job caring for her. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They have been fantastic. My loved one loves the food. They have so many choices, and with each meal, they have soup, salad, three differnt entrees and then dessert. They have all kinds of activites. They were flexible with the initial process, considering that it was virtual. They gave a warm feeling. It's a beautiful place. The memory care unit has their own outdoor area. Overall, it's a wonderful place.

We absolutely love Sunrise of Boulder. In the short time we have been here, it is 10 times better than where we were at previously. He is never in his room, he is always out and doing activities and that has been great. There is no turnover of staff and the staff genuinely care. They always call when they see issues or have recommendations. They have meeting with family once a month and always send emails with updates. Communication has been great and we would highly recommend to anybody who asked.

This has been a very good experience for my loved one and family. There is a weekly update provided by the community. The communication is good and the staff are quick to respond to any questions or concerns the family has. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. They have met my expectations in each category. My mom needs help with a lot of daily activities and the Sunrise staff and facilities have been very good. She particularly enjoys being able to go out on the patio and enjoy being out of doors when the weather is nice. She could not do that at her home as every door to the outside led to multiple steps on concrete stairs so she was sort of on an island in her house.
