The Bradford Memory Care

My darling wife [name removed] has been in residence at The Bradford now for four months. My decision in choosing this facility was to focus on quality care, staff commitment, dedication and continuity. I am very pleased with every element of The Bradford's organization, particularly the caregivers, medical attention, housekeeping and facility maintenance. The quality of dining experience is outstanding as I have enjoyed many meals here. I sleep better at night now knowing that my girl is being well taken care of. Thanks to all!

Just a note to thank you all at the Bradford for such good care that is being given to my dear husband. We had a very bad experience at another assisted living facility so upon moving to the Bradford, WOW! It was an answer to prayer. They bend over backwards to do every thing for your love one. Sept. we will have been there approximately 4-5 months and its a joy to visit my husband and his care givers. I appreciate you all.

The Bradford has been the best place for my dad. I have not seen him this happy in a long time. They keep everyone very busy with activities all day. He is a very picky eater and they cater to him and he loves the food. Every single staff member is the friendliest and will go beyond their responsibility to help everyone out. By far, this has been the best decision my family has made for my dad.

The Bradford Memory Care has been an answer to my prayers. The staff are always so upbeat and take excellent care of my loved one and all the residents plus they treat us like we are all one family. They keep the residents engaged all day with wonderful activities. The meals are so delicious, home cooking at its best. Highly recommend to all families that are struggling with memory care issues.

I think they do an excellent job. I appreciate knowing that my loved one is being taken care of, and I don't' have to worry. The staff check on him several times during the night, and of course during the day they're always with him.

The Bradford is a hidden gem in Humble. I was extremely impressed by everyone during my tour, everyone greeted me with big smiles. The food smelled and looked delicious. The residents were enjoying themselves doing activities. I can't wait for my husband to move into The Bradford.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful in all aspects with Bradford were fantastic. From top to bottom completely polite, wonderful and fantastic in all aspects completely. Hospice also was incredible completely and allowed great contact and response back on going on with my husband. The entire place was a great extension of our family, they always were exceptional keeping me informed, asking me if would like to join them for lunch or dinner. Absolutely a wonderful place and would recommend to anyone!

As hard as the decision was to place my wife in memory care, it has been by far the best thing for her. The job, The Bradford, did in calming her down without medicating her into a stupor was an incredible blessing. In the eight weeks since she moved into The Bradford, the entire family has recognized an enormous improvement in her peace and disposition. Sadly, the disease itself continues to march on as we knew it would. But, being able to visit with her mostly calm and at ease has been a true blessing. Obviously, this a place for people with various dementia and memory issues so it cannot be a perfect situation, but the staff and management do an incredible job of keeping the residents safe and well cared for. They are a blessing for those who they care for as well as their families.

The Bradford is wonderful! Very caring and patient caretakers. My mom is happy and content, which puts my mind at ease. Definitely a great find! I highly recommend this community.

My husband has been a resident of The Bradford Memory Care since [date removed]. The staff is friendly and caring. I feel my husband gets the best care so I don’t have to worry about him. The nurses listen to whatever concerns I have and follow through to give me the best answer possible. They always come up when they see me and say “hi”. You can text them with questions and they always get back to you as soon as possible. The caregivers are all so friendly too and help to see if I need any help with my husband and, if so, they will help change him or do whatever needs to be done to make him comfortable and me happy. When I am there visiting, I do see how the caregivers are with other residents. All residents seem to be treated the same with lots of attention! I love it! It is true The Bradford is like a big “family” with all the residents and staff. You will be amazed how quickly you all become one realizing you are not alone in this journey with your loved ones.

Memory care… not all are created equal!!! We moved my dad to a NEW memory care in Atascocita today. You have to understand memory care patients NEED MENTAL STIMULATION. Well, one day I was killing time and happened upon a memory care facility I had researched months before. I stopped in (with a sleeping baby) and I was given a tour and automatically told about all the activities they do with their residents. I was intrigued. So… needless to say, I called my mom and she went for a visit too the same day. We moved him in immediately and he couldn’t be HAPPIER!!! My dad has a smile and a sparkle in his eye that he lost immediately at the original memory care facility. We thought it was normal and unavoidable… BUT IT’S NOT!!! And now… I get to have dinner with my dad!!! I cannot tell you what sharing a meal, at a table, with a napkin in your lap, can do for the memory care patient and their family. Way to go Bradford Memory Care. Thank you for bringing back my dad’s sparkle!!!

I am so impressed with The Bradford it is beautiful you can feel the peace on this incredible place . People are incredibly passionate and dedicated. They were well fed and kept very active. Painting socials, dances, crafts, movies, and so much more. I love the residents. When I’m around them I feel like I’m at my grandparents house. The building is new, with fancy chandeliers and polished floors, the rooms are beautiful courtyard and feels like home.

We are so blessed to have found The Bradford to care for my husband. It is such a friendly and happy place! Dementia is very difficult for the patient and family and having a nice place that provides the help that is necessary in a compassionate and respectful manner is the best possible situation. I love the residents and staff! It feels like home!

The Bradford provides the best care I have ever witnessed. My friend's spouse lives at The Bradford in Humble and I visit with him occasionally. The caregivers are very attentive to the people and their families. The people look very happy and enjoy the activities that they do. The food is amazing. The managers always come by and greet everyone and makes sure all is okay. I wished this place was opened 3 years ago for my wife because I would definitely have placed her there. I would highly recommend The Bradford to any family looking for a memory care.
