I'm very happy with their service. They're taking excellent care of my mother. The food always smells good, and my mom seems to be enjoying it. If I'm there during mealtime, they'll feed me too. They have ice cream socials, which is great for camaraderie. They have a lot of other activities, like Bingo, dancing, church, etc. The residents aren't just lying around in bed. They're very familiar with me and helpful when I call or visit. They post pictures and send me daily emails. If they have any concerns, they call me. They have a good ratio of caretakers to patients. The staff members at The Memory Care Atlanta have been wonderful and the quality of care has been fabulous. We have found the meals and dining services to be great, sometimes we have to talk what our loved one says about them with a grain of salt. Even though our loved one does not always participate in the activities, what they do offer looks wonderful. It is expensive but they live up to what they say and meet the expectations we would recommend them to other families.

This is our loved ones 4th community and this has been the best one. The staff members are great and truly care about the residents. The Memory Center Atlanta is truly a caring and compassionate community. The director [name removed] is very hands on, if they are short staffed he will jump in and be very hands on. They have a list of a ton of different activities and events schedule on a whiteboard. Everyday there is ice cream, at least 4 or 5 different things - bible readings, cooking class, bingo, live entertainment and pool noodle volleyball. They have a little store in the community where the residents can shop, everything they advertise and say they will do they follow through with. We would recommend this community to all families in a heartbeat

I can sleep well at night because I know my mom is loved and well taken care of by the loving staff[name removed and name removed] at The Memory Center. The meals and patience feeding my mom have resulted in spectacular improvements in my mom's health as demonstrated by her weight gain! The physical layout of TMC provides for an exceptional calming environment.
The Memory Center community is nice, and we would highly recommend it to others. The facility itself really stood out to us, they had so much to offer the residents like good activities, and the rooms are great.

The first day we moved our loved in this community it was very clean, and they do offer activities for the residents to participate in. From our understanding our loved one seems to enjoy the food. The rooms are spacious, most people can share a room but our loved one has a private room.

The Memory Center Atlanta is an excellent facility, we are very pleased, especially with the COVID environment. They have had a change within management over the last few months, the administrative leader left and it has stayed status quo so far. We are hoping they are able to hold everything in place with all of the changes going on. She seems to be well cared for and it seems like they keep it very clean. She is picky on food, and she really likes the food. They have the residents busy everyday. They are always up and moving with activities. All in all, it is an excellent facility. I would recommend.

[Name removed] really loved the atmosphere and the amenities. The concept of a town atmosphere was very appealing. Having scheduled activities would be a great opportunity for [name removed]. Negatively, it is an hour drive at minimum and would be at the top of the price range.
