This is a top rate place. Compared to what I was expecting to pay, this is a reasonable priced community. The staff communication with the family has been wonderful! The marketing people have been able to respond to the family very quickly. The community provides breakfast everyday except for Sunday, and then you have an additional 30 meals a month with the choice of having lunch or dinner. There is also a brunch available on Sundays. The community will allow the residents to take the leftovers back to their apartment to enjoy at another time. There is also a bistro available with a minimal cost to the residents and this is a good option if the resident would like a meal outside of the time the dining room is open. The courtyards at this community are the best and they have water features as well. They have an Olympic size indoor swimming pool available. There is secured, enclosed parking available as well. There is a salon in house and the pricing is very equivalent to what my loved one was used to paying. The community is very welcoming and make sure the new residents are invited to a new resident breakfast. There is a true sense of community here.

We have had a very good experience so far with The Tradition, we have heard no complaints for our loved one about the meals and dining. We have heard the activities are very good and we would recommend this community to other families.

A resident here for 10 years. I cannot imagine these past 10 years without the friends and care received here. For your sake and that of your caring family, this is where you need to be!

Fairly new resident, but I feel like a family member. The grounds and the building are lovely and well situated - as always it is not just the facility but the people. These are the best things about being a resident - love and care!

I have lived at The Tradition for 3 years. The food is amazing and very consistent. The Sunday brunch is always wonderful. All of the servers are polite and helpful

Of all the others I looked at, this was the chosen one. I know I am going to be here several years. Housekeeping comes once a week. The staff has all been helpful and very friendly. Residents are nice and friendly. I do group exercise and meditation. You use the app lifeloop and make your maintenance requests, announcements, activities, etc. The menu for meals changing every week under the specials. The provide transportation for outings programs, trips to grocery stores, trips to the doctor.

What stuck out to me about The Tradition was how the facility looked, it looks very nice and first class. Actually the 2 other places that I toured recommended that I came here and thought I would be a good fit based on my age. The residents here are definitely more mobile. The apartment sizes fit my needs just fine. The staff are really friendly and reach out to see if you need any type of help. I would recommend to others looking.

The Tradition Prestonwood is Senior Living at its best. There are quality amenities throughout. It is well designed with large closest and patio. The food is outstanding with a wide variety each meal. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have vast amount of patience with us. The activities include bridge, exercise, classes, an indoor pool and happy hour. We have lived here for three years. Prestonwood Tradition is a great place to be our home.

When we decided to downsize we visited several retirement facilities and decided The Tradition was the place that suited our needs. That was eleven year ago when we moved in the first day it opened. After my wife passed suddenly. I was grateful of the decision we had made. The staff is well trained and friendly, the food is varied and tasty. There are many activities to take part in and the residents are friendly. Additionally management & responds quickly to our problems or concerns. It is a great place to live.

The staff is amazing and are so happy to help. The dining room is beautiful and the food is great. They have activities back up and running and are taking precautions to keep us safe. They have had a great Covidplan, and have kept us safe. The value of the community is spot on. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff is great, if you can afford the community it is beautiful. The community is flexible and accommodating and the community has gone above and beyond. Communication is great and they keep us well informed and updated. I have the cell numbers of everyone and they are all very quick to call and text back and they listen to feedback. Speedyway is a great place with wonderful staff . they have this like creampie place for seniors here and it's wonderful . The management is awesome and the cooking staff work really hard to get all those meals up to the seniors overall I highly recommend this Senior Living for anybody looking to bring their elderly here it's very organized it's very clean and you just can't go against it it's such a such good place
